A Little Bit About Me
I would classify myself as a Muslim who is struggling to become a better person each passing day.
Jannah is my goal. I am passionate about educating myself and others around me and helping others.

I try to follow the middle path.

I am a Sunday School teacher at our masjid for Islamic Studies.
I love to learn. I love to read/listen about Islamic History, Gems of the Quran, Tafsir OR HP, suspense/mystery novels etc.

No matter how much I know, I feel that I don't know enough. Even just rereading or hearing something about what I thought I knew, I get more perspectives than last time, alhumdulillah.

Islam is my life. I pray 5 times. I try to wake up for tahajjud every now and then, but try not to miss any during Ramadan.

I've been trying to learn Arabic and failing, but don't ever plan on giving up :)

My long term goals are to learn Arabic and continue to perfect my faith w my partner.
Alhumdulillah Allah has blessed me to be born Muslim, but I feel that I haven't done enough with the blessings I have been given, so I am in pursuit of continuing to perfect ibada to Allah.

Ok, now the biodata stuff...
I work in IT (analytics). Ive been in this field for around 10 years. So simply put I make reports, but it's much cooler than that I swear!!

Have a degree in comp. sci and a mba.

I was born in India, grew up in NYC. My parents live with me. I have a younger brother living in NJ. I also have a extended family members that live close by.

I enjoy too many things. Off the top of my head a few I can think of are: playing basketball, hiking, exploring new places, traveling, trying different things to eat (halal of course), still have sky diving to cross off my bucket list of things to do!
